    • Rate: $165/hour, discounted with monthly service agreement.

  • Routine Maintenance: Covered under a flat monthly or annual fee, routine maintenance includes regular, scheduled tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of systems and software. This might include system checks, regular updating and patching of software and hardware to mitigate security risks, and minor problem resolutions that prevent larger issues.

    • Rate: $140/hour, with service agreement.

  • Remote Support: Desktop and application support services are provided to address day-to-day issues encountered by end-users. This can be billed hourly for specific incidents or under a monthly contract that covers a set number of support hours or tickets.

    • Rate: $140/hour, with service agreement.

  • Emergency Rate: $255/hour
